Worlds that fit together
Places nest cleanly from city to room. Districts, buildings, and interiors agree with each other so exploration feels planned — not random wallpaper.
AI webtoon RPG engine
FableForge is an infinite, emergent webtoon RPG. Characters remember what happened, chase their own goals, and see the world through their own eyes — while the story draws itself panel by panel around your choices.
Not a branching script with AI flavor text — a world that stays coherent, a cast that feels real, and a comic that remembers what you did.
Places nest cleanly from city to room. Districts, buildings, and interiors agree with each other so exploration feels planned — not random wallpaper.
Groups have leaders, lieutenants, and members who already have opinions about one another. You walk into a roster, not a phone book.
Characters act on their own perceptions and memories. If they weren’t there, they don’t magically know the plot. That honesty is what makes drama.
Visual consistency for the look of a world and the faces inside it — moods, outfits, and story panels that still feel like the same people.
Characters, locations, even executable actions are pieces the community can share and remix. Drop files in; the forge uses them.
Stats, genre, prompts, models — clean UI on top of deep knobs. Make a cozy slice-of-life or a grim war epic with the same engine.
When you try something risky, the Narrator doesn’t auto-win or auto-fail. Skill and luck share the stage.
Task difficulty shrinks the target. Your relevant stat decides how many shots you get. Even a low stat can land a hit if luck is kind — and even a high stat can miss if it isn’t. Stats themselves are customizable per game: school grades, swordplay, street smarts — your call.
Try Bullseye & Fate JackpotWhen you forge a new hero, the Fate Jackpot can roll their stats with full arcade drama. On the demo page you can roll a stat, then feed it straight into a Bullseye check — or test either machine on its own.
See the full pipelineThese nine templates ship as inspiration: different tones, places, and casts. FableForge is not limited to them. Build any game you can describe — cyberpunk alley, historical campaign, cozy village, weird dream-logic — and keep building.
Important: starter templates help you learn the forge. Your own games, characters, and locations are first-class — not second-class mods.
Same FableForge — local silicon when you have it, cloud when you don’t. Point at your own language models if you already run them.
Full fidelity on your machine: your models, your voices, your privacy. A future launcher will handle the heavy lifting so you don’t hand-install a stack of tools.
No beefy GPU? Use cloud services (for example OpenRouter) for language, images, and speech. Great for trying the engine or lighter hardware.
Your models, your quality: FableForge is lean enough for strong local models. Plug in a big cloud model (Grok, Claude, and friends via OpenRouter or compatible endpoints) and you get that quality level in the same game loop.
A short, honest snapshot — not a marketing timeline.
Conversation, panels, voiced dialogue, nested places, memories, groups with real relationships — building and polishing in earnest.
One Windows download, first-run wizard (local / cloud), quiet service start, updates that never wipe your games.
Smoother cloud bridges, community sharing tools, creators for characters and plots — and maybe Steam once install is boringly reliable.
Public download isn’t live yet. The Discord is the warmest place for questions, worlds in progress, and watching the engine grow.
