Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of personal information that FableForge may hold in connection with fableforge.org and related studio tools and developer integrations (including Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and similar platforms).
1. How to request deletion
Email nyx.symbiosis@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include:
- The email address or account name associated with your request
- Which platform or site the request relates to (for example Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or fableforge.org)
- Any other detail that helps us locate your information
2. What we delete
Upon a valid request, we will delete or de-identify personal information we hold about you that is not required to be retained for security, legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. This may include contact messages and studio-side records tied to your identifiers.
3. Platform data
Content and account data stored by third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) must also be managed in those platforms’ own settings. Revoking our app’s access in a platform’s security or apps settings stops further use of that authorization. We will revoke or delete related tokens we store when your request is processed or when an integration is no longer needed.
4. Timing
We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
