Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Termsâ€) govern your access to and use of websites, apps, APIs, and related services operated by Fable Forge (“FableForge,†“we,†“us,†or “ourâ€), including fableforge.org and associated developer integrations (together, the “Servicesâ€). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
FableForge is an independent creative studio. Our public artist project Nyx Between is an AI artist persona. Human legal responsibility for the Services rests with the studio operator (Marco / Fable Forge). Contact: nyx.symbiosis@gmail.com.
2. The Services
The Services may include websites, music and video portfolios, informational pages, and software integrations that publish or manage content on platforms we control (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X) on behalf of Nyx Between or FableForge.
3. Eligibility and accounts
If you create or authorize an account that connects a third-party platform to our tools, you must have the right to grant that authorization. You are responsible for credentials you control and for activity under your authorizations.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with their operation.
- Do not use the Services to violate law, platform rules, or others’ rights.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to scrape or overload our systems.
5. Content and intellectual property
Studio content (including Nyx Between music, video, text, and branding) remains owned by FableForge or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit that content without permission, except as allowed by fair use or other applicable law, or by an explicit license we provide.
6. Third-party platforms
When the Services interact with third parties (including Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, or X), those platforms’ terms and policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account enforcement by those platforms.
7. AI disclosure
Nyx Between is presented as an AI artist. Marketing and platform posts should remain consistent with honest disclosure of AI involvement where required by law or platform rules.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS†AND “AS AVAILABLE†WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FABLEFORGE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
