This Privacy Policy explains how Fable Forge (“FableForge,†“we,†“us,†or “ourâ€) collects, uses, and shares information when you use fableforge.org and related studio tools and developer integrations (the “Servicesâ€). Contact: nyx.symbiosis@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide — for example email addresses when you contact us, or account connection details when you authorize a platform integration.
- Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps when you visit our websites.
- Platform tokens — if you (or our studio operators) connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar services, we store access credentials needed to operate those integrations. Tokens are treated as secrets and are not published.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services and studio websites.
- To publish and manage content for Nyx Between / FableForge on platforms we are authorized to use.
- To respond to messages and provide support.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who host our websites or infrastructure (for example hosting/CDN providers), under appropriate safeguards.
- Platforms you authorize (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), as needed to perform the authorized actions.
- Authorities when required by law.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our sites may use essential cookies or local storage needed for basic function. We do not run third-party advertising networks on these legal pages. Analytics, if enabled elsewhere on the site, would be disclosed there or in an update to this Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, legal, and operational needs. Platform tokens are retained while integrations remain active and are revoked or rotated when no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect secrets and personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing nyx.symbiosis@gmail.com. You may also revoke third-party platform authorizations in that platform’s settings.
9. International users
We operate primarily from the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the U.S.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
